Caribbean Creation sells digital products only.
All products are delivered electronically via instant download after successful payment.
Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the download is made available.
No Returns on Digital Products
Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase.
Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, it cannot be returned, revoked, or resold.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your software, workflow, or tools
- Lack of expected results or subjective dissatisfaction
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in the following limited cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a verified technical error on our side
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Unauthorized Use and Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect:

Digital product access may be revoked in cases of policy abuse.
License and Usage Reminder
Purchasing a digital product from Caribbean Creation grants you a license to use the product according to the terms described in each product listing.
Ownership of the original files and intellectual property remains with Caribbean Creation.
